Court Fees Act, 1850 1.Short title, extent and commencement .- (1) This Act may be called the Limitation Act, 1963. (2) It extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir . (3) It shall come into force on such date {1-1-1964 ; vide Notification No.S.O.3118, dated 29-10-1963 , Gazette of India, Pt.II , Sec.3( ii), p.3918.} as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.    |
