Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 77. Adjournment of meeting of Council Subject to the Provisions of these Regulations, the Chairman of any meeting of the Council may, with the consent of the meetings, adjourn the meeting from time to time and from place to place but no business shall be transacted at any adjourned meeting other than the business left unfinished at the meeting from which the adjournment took place. No notice needs be given of an adjourned meeting unless it be so directed in the resolution for adjournment.    |
