Notice of Council meeting Notice of the time and place of an intended meeting shall be sent to the registered address of every member of the Council not less than twenty-one days before such meeting and such notice shall so far as practicable contain a statement of the business to be transacted at such meeting, provided that in the case of a special meeting, the President may inform the members of the subject-matter for discussion at the meeting. (2) Notwithstanding any thing contained in sub-regulation (l), the President may call an extraordinary meeting of the Council in any emergency, giving such shorter notice as circumstance may permit.    |
