Secret chamber and ballot paper (1) There shall be a secret chamber or chambers in each polling booth and such chamber shall be so arranged that where a voter records his votes on the ballot paper, no other person can see how he has voted. (2) The ballot paper shall contain a list of candidates standing for election in an constituency and shall bear the seal of the Council.    |
