63C. Polling officer
The Secretary shall appoint a polling officer for each polling
booth and may also appoint such other persons as he may deem necessary to
assist the polling officer. The polling officer shall, in addition to
performing any other duties imposed upon him by these Regulations be in general
charge of all arrangements at the polling booth and may issue orders as to the
manner in which persons shall be admitted to the polling booth and generally
for the preservation of peace and order at or in the vicinity of the polling
booth.
