Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 52. Dates of election The following dates relating to the election of members to the Council, namely, the last date for the receipt of nominations, the last date for the withdrawal of nominations, the dates or dates of polling, the last date for receipt of voting papers by post, the date or dates of counting of votes, and the date of declaration of results, shall be fixed by the Council and notified by it in the Journal of the Institute at least three months before the date on which the counting of votes commences.    |
