Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 15. Report of the Disciplinary Committee (1) The Disciplinary Committee shall submit its report to the Council. (2) The Council shall consider the report of the Disciplinary Committee and if in its opinion a further enquiry is necessary, may cause such further enquiry to be made and a further report submitted by the Disciplinary Committee and after considering such further report of the Disciplinary Committee, the Council shall proceed in the manner laid down in section 21.    |
