Adjournment If within half an hour from the time appointed for the meeting, a quorum is not present, the meeting, if convened upon a requisition from members, shall be dissolved, and in any other case shall stand adjourned to the same day in the next week at the same time and place; and at every such adjourned meeting, all businesses which could properly have been transacted at the original meeting may be transacted, whether there is the quorum or not.    |
