Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 140. Chairman The Chairman or in his absence the Vice-Chairman of the Regional Council shall be the Chairman of the General Meetings of the Regional Constituency. In the absence of both, the members may elect any one of the members present as Chairman of the meeting.    |
