Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 128. Chairman of Committee A Regional Council shall elect a member of the Committee to be the Chairman of the Committee: PROVIDED that in the case of any Committee constituted at the direction of the Central Council, unless otherwise nominated by the Central Council, the Chairman or the Vice-Chairman of the Regional Council, as the case may be, shall be the Chairman.    |
