Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 125. Continuance in office On the expiration of the duration of a Regional Council, the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer for the time being, shall discharge the duties and functions of the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer respectively as provided in this Chapter until such time as the next Regional Council is constituted and its Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer elected under the provisions of this Chapter take over charge of their respective duties.    |
