Functions of Secretary of the Regional Council The Secretary of the Regional Council shall be responsible for the performance of general duties of the office of the Regional Council under the guidance of the Chairman or, in his absence, the Vice- Chairman. The Secretary of the Regional Council may if there is no Treasurer act as Treasurer also. The Treasurer shall cause proper accounts to be maintained of the moneys received and expended, and of the assets and liabilities of the Regional Council.    |
