118. Conduct of elections
The elections to the Regional Councils shall be held by the
Central Council and the Regulations in Chapter VII relating to elections to the
Central Council shall, so far as may be, apply to elections to the Regional
Councils, except that in the case of a candidate who is validly nominated for
election to the Central Council as well as to a Regional Council and who is
deemed and declared elected to the Central Council under the provisions
contained in Regulation 62, he shall not be deemed to be a candidate for
purposes of election to that Regional Council and accordingly his name shall
not be included in the voting paper relating to the elections to the said
Regional Council and that the fee paid by him under Regulation 117 shall not be
refunded.
