Offices not in charge of members Where a Cost Accountant in practice or a firm of such Cost Accountants has any office in India at the commencement of the Act which is not in separate charge of a member of the Institute, he or it shall take steps within six months from such commencement to regularize the position by obtaining exemption from the Council or otherwise.    |
