Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 34. Alteration in Register and cancellation of certificate (1) Where an order is made under this Act reprimanding a member a record of the punishment shall be entered against his name in the Register. (2) Where the name of any member is removed, the certificate of practice granted to him under this Act shall be recalled and cancelled.    |
