Co-Operative Societies Act 2008 84. Removal of directors 1. Subject to the Regulations and by-laws, the members of a society may, by special resolution, remove any director from office. 2. A vacancy created by the removal of a director may be filled at the meeting of the members at which the director is removed or where not so filled, may be filled pursuant to section 69(1)(e) .    |
