Termination of membership by members
Members
may terminate the membership of a member where—
a. the member has
received at least ten days’ notice of the general meeting at which his
membership is to be considered; and
b. the termination is
approved by a majority of at least two thirds of the members who—
i.
are
present at the general meeting; and
ii.
cast
votes on the resolution.
