Co-Operative Societies Act 2008 225. Order to comply Where a person is convicted of an offence under this Act or the Regulations, the Court may, in addition to any punishment imposed, order the person to comply with the provisions of this Act or the Regulations for the contravention of which he has been convicted.    |
