Co-Operative Societies Act 2008 21. Seal 1. The Board may by resolution— a. adopt a corporate seal; and b. change the corporate seal adopted pursuant to paragraph (a) . 2. An instrument of agreement executed on behalf of a society by a director, an officer or an agent of the society is not invalid merely because a corporate seal is not affixed to it.    |
