Co-Operative Societies Act 2008

189. Case stated on question of law

1.      Notwithstanding anything contained in section 187 and 188 the Registrar or an arbitrator may in the course of or on making a determination in a dispute refer a question of law arising there from to the Court, by way of case stated for the opinion of that Court.

2.      A judge may consider and determine any question of law so referred and the opinion given on such question shall be final and binding.
