Co-Operative Societies Act 2008 178. Appeal against surcharge Any person aggrieved by an order of the Registrar made under section 177 may appeal to the Co-operative Societies Appeals Tribunal within 21 days from the date of such order and the decision of the Tribunal shall be final on any question of fact.    |
