Co-Operative Societies Act 2008 17. Registered Office 1. A society must at all times establish and maintain a registered office and the address of such office must be specified in the by-laws. 2. The directors of a society may change the address of the registered office. 3. The Registrar must be informed of any such change of address within one month of such change.    |
