Co-Operative Societies Act 2008 149. Effect of registration of new societies The registration of new societies established pursuant to section 148 is sufficient to vest the assets and liabilities of the original society in the manner specified in the preliminary resolution as confirmed in accordance with subsections (8) and (9) of that section.    |
