Co-Operative Societies Act 2008 135. Required attendance If a member of a society who is entitled to vote at a meeting of members, or a director of a society gives written notice to the auditor or a former auditor of the society, not less than ten days before a meeting of members of the society, to attend the meeting, the auditor or former auditor, as the case may be, shall attend the meeting at the expense of the society and answer questions relating to his duties as an auditor or former auditor.    |
