The Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 45. Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Central Government or the Presiding Officer of the Tribunal or any other officer of the Central Government or an officer or employee of the Tribunal or the officer or officers constituting the Highway Administration or any other officer authorised by such Administration under this Act or any other person, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to made there under.    |
