The Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 43. Conduct of inquiry.- The Highway Administration or the officer authorised in this behalf by such Administration shall, if he desires to make any inquiry for the purposes of this Act, make a summary inquiry in such manner as may be prescribed.    |
