Contact Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 13. Meetings (1) The Board shall meet at such places and times as may be specified by the Chairman. (2) The Chairman shall preside over every meeting of the Board at which he is present and in his absence nominate a member of the Board to preside over such meeting.    |
