The Comptroller and Auditor-General's (Duties, Powers and Conditions of Service) Act, 1971 26. Removal of doubts.- For the removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that on the commencement of this Act the Government of India (Audit and Accounts) Order, 1936, as adapted by the India (Provisional Constitution) Order, 1947, shall cease to be in force except as respects anything done or any action taken thereunder.    |
