Vacancy in the office of the Chairman - If, for any reasons, the Chairman is not appointed or a casual vacancy occurs in the office of the Chairman, the senior most member of the Board, holding office of member for the time being, shall discharge the functions of the Chairman until a person is appointed as the Chairman.    |
