Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 93. Amendment of section 205A.- In section 205A of the principal Act,- (a) in sub-section (1), for the words "forty-two days", wherever they occur, the words "thirty days" shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (8), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "five thousand rupees" shall be substituted.    |
