Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 75. Amendment of section 176.- In section 176 of the principal Act,- (a) in sub-section (2), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "five thousand rupees" shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (4), for the words "one thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.    |
