Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 64. Amendment of section 153B.- In section 153B of the principal Act, after Explanation to sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:- "(5) The provisions of this section shall not apply on and after the commencement of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000.".    |
