Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 231. Amendment of section 642.- In section 642 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2),- (a) for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "five thousand rupees" shall be substituted; (b) for the words "fifty rupees", the words "five hundred rupees" shall be substituted.    |
