Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 215. Amendment of section 598.- In section 598 of the principal Act,- (a) for the words "one thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted; (b) for the words "one hundred rupees", the words "one thousand rupees" shall be substituted.    |
