Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 210. Amendment of section 551.- In section 551 of the principal Act, in sub-section (5),- (a) for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "five thousand rupees" shall be substituted; (b) in the proviso, for the words "one thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.    |
