Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 203. Amendment of section 513.- In section 513 of the principal Act, in sub-section (3),- (a) the words "the managing agent or secretaries and treasurers" shall be omitted; (b) for the words "one thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.    |
