Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 184. Amendment of section 416.- In section 416 of the principal Act,- (a) in sub-section (1), the words "managing agent, secretaries and treasurers" shall be omitted; (b) in sub-section (3), in clause (b), for the words "two hundred rupees", the words "two thousand rupees" shall be substituted.    |
