Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 151. Amendment of section 307.- In section 307 of the principal Act,- (a) in sub-section (7), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "five thousand rupees" shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (8),- (i) for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted; (ii) for the words "twenty rupees", the words "two hundred rupees" shall be substituted; (c) sub-section (11) shall be omitted.    |
