Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 136. Amendment of section 279.- In section 279 of the principal Act,- (a) for the words "twenty companies", the words "fifteen companies" shall be substituted; (b) for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.    |
