Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 13. Amendment of section 44.- In section 44 of the principal Act,- a. in sub-section (3), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "five thousand rupees" shall be substituted; b. in sub-section (4), for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.    |
