Companies Act, 1956 Sec 232 - Penalty for non-compliance with sections 225 to 231. If default is made by a company in complying with any of the provisions contained in section 225 to 231, the company, and every officer of the company who is in default, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.    |
