Companies Act, 1956 Sec 1 - Short title, and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000. (2) The provisions of this Act, other than sections 7 and 75, shall come into force at once and sections 7 and 75 shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.    |
