10. In section 12 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1),
(i) in clause (c), after the words "Specified Value;", the word "and" shall be inserted;
(ii) in clause (d), the word "and", occurring at the end, shall be omitted;
(iii) clause (e) shall be omitted.
