Coastal Aquaculture Authority Act, 2005 Chapter V Finance, Accounts and Audit 16. Payment to Authority.- The Central Government may, after due appropriation made by Parliament, by law, in this behalf, pay to the Authority in each financial year such sums as may be considered necessary for the performance of functions of the Authority under this Act.    |
