The Coal Mines Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948 7. Modification of a scheme.- The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, add to, amend or vary, 5[either prospectively or retrospectively] a scheme framed under this Act. 5.
