Cine Workers and Cinema Theatre Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1981 25. Application of Act 39 of 1972 The provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, as in force for the time being, shall apply to or in relation to, every worker employed in a cinema theatre in which five or more workers are employed or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months, as they apply to, or in relation to, employees within the meaning of that Act.    |
