Children Act, 1960 1. Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Children Act, 1960. (2) It extends to all the Union territories. (3) It shall come into force in any Union territory on such date2 as the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas thereof.    |
