Census Act, 1948 14.Jurisdiction:- No court inferior to that of a Presidency Magistrate or a Magistrate of the second class { Ins.by Act 51 of 1950, s.4.} [ or in a Part B State, a Magistrate corresponding to a Magistrate of the second class] shall try, whether under this Act or under any other law, any act or omission which constitutes an offence under this Act.    |
