Power to prescribe ferrules and to establish meters, etc. The Chief Executive Officer may prescribe the size of the ferrules to be used for the supply of gas, if any, and may establish meters or other appliances for the purpose of measuring the quantity of any water or gas or testing the quality thereof supplied to any premises by the Board.    |
