Cantonments Act, I924 59.Saving of articles sold or supplied for medicinal purposes:- The foregoing provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to the sale or supply of any article in good faith for medicinal purposes by a medical practitioner, chemist or druggist authorized in this behalf by a general or special order of the {Subs by Act 7 of 1925, s.14, for " Commanding Officer of the Cantonment ".} [Officer Commanding the station].    |
